autohotkey and keyclone

I have this problem where if I run keyclone in admin mode (as opposed to non admin mode) then my autohotkey macros don't work - I have a macro to repeat F3 over and over and I have F3 setup as a dps rotation macro on my war and three shammies. However, if I run keyclone in regular mode then it works. It's annoying because it won't actually save any settings in regular mode.

Did you try running both as administrator?
