I'm going to recommend having both a totem farm macro and individual totems.
Both shammies are elemental I assume. If one is Resto, that one gets Mana Spring Duty, with the Elemental getting Healing Stream + Totem of Wrath.

/castsequence reset=5 Totem of Wrath, Wrath of Air Totem, Healing Stream Totem, Strength of Earth Totem

/castsequence reset=5 Tremor Totem, Mana Spring Totem, Windfury Totem, Frost Resistance Totem
Totem of Wrath is one of the main reasons for going with an Elemental Shaman.
At 80th level, this is 280 spell power, which is a massive boost.
With the glyph for Totem of Wrath (which you'll want at 80th), they'll both want to drop this totem regularly, even if they go with another totem for the pull. (5 min buff persists).
Cast and Melee haste is decent (Air). Health and Mana Regen are good (Water). Fear protection and Str/Agi really help the Paladin (Earth).
You'll want keybinds to drop specific totems too:
- Grounding Totem (x2)
- Cleansing Totem (x2)
- Earthbind Totem (castsequence)
- Fire Elemental Totem (x2)
- Magma & Totem of Wrath (x1 each)
You won't always want these out, and you'll use the farm macro more often.
But when you have casters or AoE poison etc.. its extremely nice to be able to drop 2x Grounding or 2x Cleansing Totems.
If you have a Resto, you'll want Mana Tide on a keybind too.
