5 DK's still will work.

Doing instances I'd spec one Frost, and 4 Blood. WIth the 30 second cooldown 10% group heal (glyphed) and with the MT having 1 point in Rune Tap, you are looking at 50% healing every 30 seconds.

I'm sure it would take practice but doable.
