Default PVP BG 5-man team question

    Thinking long-term for myself...

What is the best (or your favorite) single-class 5-man team for PVP in a BG setting?

My favorite part of WoW is playing the different BGs / World PVP zones. So I'd appreciate any insight you all may have.

IMO in a BG setting only (non-arena)

You can go wrong stacking classes.....Hunters,warlocks and shamans. They all excel in BGs.

Hell I would imagine any 5 man team might just do fine in just BGs/world pvp.

I have Quad shamans, 3x Hunter and a 3x warlock team and well BGs are just easy street. I just choose which ever one I want to play that evening. Now with pet scaling hunter, locks will be even more powerful.

I already have a few similar posts referring to druids, but here it is again:

If you want to do DPS, then 5x moonkin gives you:
15 treants to summon a forest and demolish all that is in their path
5 starfalls which will AoE the crap out of everything around you
5 typhoons which can practically kill anything rezzing in the graveyard in one shot (combine with starfalls for true demolition)
10 DoTs just to sit there and watch the guy die
It will still take more than one opponent to kill anyone of your guys if you decide to go in healmode
Everyone can stealth... as soon as they leave one defender, you instanuke them, and then recapture the base (in EoTS for example)... hell, pop out of stealth using 5x hurricanes for some fun AoE deaths

If you want to annoy them and just become virtually unkillable, then 5x trees gives you:
432478912 HoTs to keep you alive

So, you get all the BG fun you want, plus you can use that group to do PvE with 1 tank, 1 healer, and 3 moonkin
    Owltoid, Thatblueguy, Thisblueguy, Otherblueguy, Whichblueguy

I am curious how you drop all the treants or hurricanes at once since they require mouse targetting.

    Thanks in advance

One class... as the OP asked...

I'd say Shaman's are your best bet.
But Druids, Paladins and Death Knights are strong options.

For straight Battlegrounds, a mixed team works well.
But one class is much easier to play near optimal.
