Staying at 69 for PVP

You could level from 69-70 mostly in BG's by doing the daily quest, would take a while, iirc it's about 12k each quest, 779700XP is needed to go from 69-70, if you purely used the daily pvp quests while honor farming it'd take you about 65 days...

Dont bother, just level up and hit the 70 BG's

If you were dual boxing then maybe staying at 69 would be worthwhile. More than 2 and you are wasting your time.
