The best thing I did at that gear level was to level jewelcrafting on my tank and bump his health up by about 4k by grabbing 2 of the crafted trinkets and some dragonseye gems. Since doing that ive gone from wiping 2-3 times on a new boss to 1 shotting pretty much everything.
