Usually you can only use the same card 3 times with blizzard services the same week/2weeks or something. Its a scam security of some kind.
My brother had the same problem thats more or less what they told him if im not mistaken. but this is some time ago and i dont remember so good.. inch:
You can how ever call them and they will sort it out so you can use it more then 3 times.
