Multiple Keyclone configs?

Now that I dual-speced my tri-box shaman team, I find myself needing slightly different Keyclone configs between them (specifically for round-robin). Nothing quite as annoying as switching back to Elemental for PvP and realizing too late when I hit my Thunderstorm key that all 3 burned their cooldowns because I forgot to add that key back into Round-Robin.

Multiply that by the fact that I have other low-level teams, and I find this getting confusing fast.

Now I don't see a way to select an INI file from inside Keyclone (but I may have overlooked it, which is why I'm here), but it looks to me that at the very least I could create multiple folders for Keyclone and maintain unique configs for each. Then just run the copy of Keyclone appropriate for the mix of spec and classes that I'm running at that moment.

Anyone else tried this, or something like it?

This comes up quite often, and running multiple installations as you suggest works just fine as a work-around. That's how I've been using it for ages now.
