How do i Cap Max FPS on a clone screen/non focus?

if you dont want to play with your config file, you can just type

/console maxfps 50

&

/console maxfpsbk 15

set the numbers to whatever your system can handle, I'd say 15 is the absolute lowest for maxfpsbk.
