I'm playing Protection-Paladin, 2 Elemental-Shamans, 1 Balance-Druid, 1 Holy-Priest and your list is exactly the thing i'm looking for. I planned to do a list on my own, but u have done this job for me =)

I don't know if i'm informed wrong but there is a post on http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?page=881 which states that you can buy complete T9 for "Emblem of Triumph". You get these in new Raid instances or Normal and Heroic daily quest. It may take a while to get 220 Emblems of Triumph, but you can get T9 in about 2 month by just doing Dailys, without Raiding =)

On your way to T9 you can just farm your heroics and spend Emblems of Conquest for T8.
