new dual box setup advice appreciated

Is there any cheap hardware solution to sharing one PS/2 keybaord with 2 computers? It seems a bit excessive to have to buy a multiplexor for 4 boxes when I only need it to run 2.

I have read all your FAQ's they are excellent thank you very much for taking the time to write them up! I should have been more specific with my question. I do plan on using the RF KB/Mouse method, but I am also interested in getting an X-keys pro to share between the two boxes as well.
