    Hello,

I have recently downloaded CloneKeys and I am trying to use it , no don't get excited yet..I am to the level were we select the 2 windows of World of Warcraft..
Then I am trying to put macros..i am trying to read through the forum but I dont find what i need..I just want the basic. I have 2 toons that I want to play.
I open the first..the seconds, open clonekeys..i made macros in the first one..simple /cast xx yy fire ..Nothing alse..even though thats basic isnt the other guy supposed to do the same thing ..isn't CloneKeys doing whatever I do everywhere?
I would like someone to explain to me as soon as possible How I can set it up, I have read through many pages but didn't get it. Everyone is one step ahead from where I am.

Thank you very much, I am looking forward reading your reponses

It looks like you've got CloneKeys set up fine. I use the macros listed here in combination with an AddOn called Jamba. Once you get the hang of things, you might like the levelling guide in the sticky here . At the beginning of my WoW session, I hit the keys to set the main characters as my focus, and to follow her. (For me, Shift+O is focus, and Shift+F is set to follow). All the spell macros for the secondary toon look something like
    Code:
    #showtooltip
    /cast [target=focustarget] Lightning Bolt
I have that bound to key 1. Then on the leading toon, shadow bolt is on key 1 and when I press "1", CloneKeys broadcasts that over the secondary toon and they'll cast Lightning Bolt and Shadow Bolt at the same time.

CloneKeys itself doesn't really have any options or any setup. I've found its really about setting up WoW (and all copies) to make the best use of the limited functionality of CloneKeys.

I laid out my keybindings and explained them in great detail here: Mixed Groups.

Basically, I just have a follow macro for movement and an assist macro to match targets between chars. Then the action bars (spells) are carefully placed so every one casts the same spell (or a spell with a similiar cast time in the case of multiple classes) at the same time. Some exceptions are polymorph and the sometimes I have my priest not cast while my 2 mages are.
    Jinaria, Jineria, Jiniria
1 Disc Priest, 2 Fire Mages
