I'm experiencing the same thing, it started yesterday out of nowhere, while nothing in my setup has changed (except upgrading a trial account to a full account ).

Also setting cpu priority for keyclone doesn't help, and like someone above said typing immediatly or waiting a few seconds doesn't matter.

If I click on the override button on the keyclone window it works normally, only the hotkey is causing the problem.
