Hi Mubox, I'll try anything and have tried this - I'm having problems getting this to work in windows 7 - multicasting doesn't work - tried running as admin as well as xp compatibility mode. Just a thing about the help, is there anyway to stop it from being context sensitive as I like to look around and play and the damn help keeps on being intuitive and changing lol, when I try to go back to the previous page it sometimes won't so I have to relaunch.
Interesting. The help isn't context sensitive. It does load a corresponding Help Topic when you "Start Server" or "Create New Client", but at no other time (except for the default topic when you first start Mubox) does a help topic load "automatically".

If you see help topics loading while you're playing, something is definitely wrong.

As for Windows 7, I haven't testing on Windows 7 because I don't have any hardware with W7 installed. It should work the same, as I don't know of any feature of Windows (except for privileged user interface "locking") that would break what has been a standard model for Windows since 16-bit Windows released. For privileged UI blocks ot occur, Blizzard would have to implement them.

I assume, of course, that you have "Enable Multicast" checked either in the "Configure Multicast" dialog, or on the systray menu. If you don't enable it, it doesn't work. Also, verify that the keys you are trying to multicast are not blocked (this is done from the Configure Multicast button found on the Server UI when you ALT-TAB.)

Ah, only other thing I can think of. When you first start Mubox there are no clients, and so there is no Input Capture. Once you have started a client (or two or ten) you need to ALT-TAB to force a selection, which enables Input Capture. If you don't do this, then Multicasting/etc will not work.

Let me know if any of this resolved your problem, I'd like to work with you to implement a fix if something is broken. You're the first W7 user I've had respond.

Thanks!
