    Default Ulduar 10 - Notes

    Instance: Ulduar 10
    Box: 1-4 Elemental Shaman
    Gear level: Naxx 10 / T7 / Heroics
Difficulty: easy to hard depending on the fight from a dps/backup healer POV

Raid Makeup: We trade in shaman depending on how many DPS show up for a given night.
    Tanks: DK, WAR
    Heals: Pal, Dru, Resto Sham
DPS: SPriest, Rog, Ele sham (x1-x4), Mage, Warlock, Hunter

    Guide: Flame Leviathan | easy
I find that I do best as driver/passenger in the demolishers. If you find yourself driving more then once, you can /focus toon /follow toon on the second driver to drag it along with the first.

Leave 1 tower up for an easy 2 conqueror emblems instead of the normal 1 valor!

Strat: As demolisher crew, I try to make sure that there's several pyrite barrels shot down prior to engaging FL. When he emerges unload the full 10-stack of the pyrite shot, then reload and launch your passengers up to knock out the turrets. Try to keep the Pyrite stack burning (once every 5-8 secs will keep it rolling i believe). Drive around shoot stuff and collect loot.

    Guide: Razorscale | easy
    Phase 1:
If you're running more then one shaman in the raid, have one drop nature resist to help with the random chain lightnings if raid damage seems high. Assist the main assist, burn down adds.
Stay out of the fire! (be ready to strafe both/all toons out of the blue fire if you get one targeted on your toon(s))

    Phase 2:
    nuke dragon, collect loot.

Guide: Ignis the Furnace Master | normal
Nothing special to note. you can heal yourself in the slagpot... don't forget!

    Guide: XT-002 Deconstructor | easy
Spread out your toons to 15yrds. Snare totems help keep the little bots in check. Usually I just focus on boss DPS unless something goes horribly wrong with the adds.

    Guide: Kologarn | normal
Practice multi-toon movement... The only difficult part of this encounter as far as multiple toons goes is making sure you get them outta the eye beams in a timely fashion.

Guide: Assembly of Iron | easy - normal
The strat we've settled on is putting me up front with the Stonebreaker group for phase 1. Paladin heals tank, I nuke and then toss chain heals for raid-damage as needed up front.
Things to watch out for - be sure to strafe out of the green rune of death, running straight + follow will likely get your slaves killed.
save bloodlust for a rune of power (or until the raid whines enough).

    Guide: Auriaya| easy as DPS
    Tremor totems!

Guide: Freya | normal - hard
Wow - fun but annoying fight with multiple toons. Lots to pay attention to.

    random notes:
Watch for the Nature's Fury debuff on your toons - its like the lightbomb on XT - you don't wanna toast the raid with it.
Watch for Eonar's Gifts to pop up, raid usually has me DPSin those down.
Drop fire resist for the Detonators.
I find myself doing a mix of DPS / heals for this fight depending on which add-wave we're working on.

Hodir: Very easy as DPS - just find the proper buffs and pew pew. I find that avoding flash freeze as a single toon vs. multiple isn't really any different.

Thorim: Might be difficult to do more than 2 toons on 10man, there's just a lot going on. I usually run the gauntlet as resto on one, ele on the other.

Mimiron: Easier than I thought - 2-3 shouildn't be an issue. Watch for all the usual stuff... dont strafe the wrong way thru laser barrage =p

General: Problematic for me so far with mroe than one toon.

[s]Hodir and Beyond[/s] General and Yoggy: Soon as I get there!

Thanks to the help posted in the DiT Downs Mim thread in screen shots - we got Mimiron down last night (yay!)

So far I've duo'd two sham up through the keepers, done 3-4 on the Siege and Antechamber. I enjoy it but since we're still trying to do "progression" fights, I think having a real body for those slots would be way better

We tried Ignis last night on 10man and that guy was nasty. I cant believe you can box it.
