I've cleared everything up to Naxx25 / OS25 with a Prot Paladin with a one button tanking macro (multiboxing about 95% of it). I'm not sure what "micro management" means in your mind...

(I haven't multiboxed the Military Wing in Naxx25, done _everything_ else 'boxing)
Rebuffing all the time. But yes the actuall tanking is done with one key, same as on the warrior.
