Keyclone issue - what do i do?

Hello, Iam from Greymane(USA) When i Winziped the keyclone file. And tried to open from when after you extract it says "This application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log for more detail" What is up with that. Ive been waiting for over a month. And how do i pay the $20 for Keyclone. Maybe thats the problem i dont know. Please help me if you can.

So you downloaded a zip 1 month ago; had a failure; and sat there all this time doing/trying nothing for a month ? what are you waiting for ? Where did you get it from ?

Maybe you can try download again : http://solidice.com/keyclone/downloads.html

and you won't be getting a "zip" error from that given it's an exe
