    Default Hello All

    Hi All,

Just thought I would say hello on the Multiboxing forums as I (5) box Shaman on Dragon blight EU on the Horde Side. Its taken me ages to level all my guys to 80 but now im finely there its great not having to Pug i use a tank pally and 4 shaman for instances. Battle grounds are awesome especially AV. I still need some advice tho as I struggle with Rogues in amongst my group Thunderstorm is great but often its on cool down when I need it. Do you guys use Magma totems at all? And is anyone else struggling against Dks any way to stop there pull effect they seriously need nerfing hehe ? Any hints or suggestions would be great. And its great to be posting here. Does anyone else hate fear on your groups do you use anti fear trinkets?

    Hi All,
    y0!

Just thought I would say hello on the Multiboxing forums as I (5) box
Shaman on Dragon blight EU on the Horde Side.

I plan to start multiboxing on EU Maghteridon with Pally +4 Shammy, perhaps not original, but I dont bother with something so trivial. Adleast I dont recall "originality" made heroics easy xD

    Its taken me ages to
level all my guys to 80 but now im finely there its great not having to
Pug i use a tank pally and 4 shaman for instances.
Ah... the best reason to multibox... I just love when those PuGers whine with "it agiants the spirit of the game". I'd like to see them to say the same line when they wipe at bosses and start to /leave, dont'cha agree??

    Battle grounds are
    awesome especially AV
    .
Biggest fest of free HK and "green fighters" who wouldnt like that xD

I still need some advice tho as I struggle with
Rogues in amongst my group Thunderstorm is great but often its on cool
    down when I need it.

I suppose your using all TS at once dont'cha? Well now you could use something like this:
1st char macro: /castsequence Thunder Storm,,,,
2nd char macro: /cast sequence ,Thunder Storm,,,
3rd char macro: /castsequence ,,Thunder Storm,, each char has this under same button
4th char macro: /castsequence ,,,Thunder Storm,
5th char macro: /castsequence ,,,,Thunder Storm
If im not mistaken this macro should make cast only one TS per char with each press. Hope this will help.

Do you guys use Magma totems at all?
I think most use ToW, I wonder if it still stacks...

    And is anyone
else struggling against Dks any way to stop there pull effect they
    seriously need nerfing hehe ?
I would simply nuke him down with the rest of the team he didnt pulled. Clear anything else around, and if died simply res it or heal it.

Any hints or suggestions would be great.
I think those above should help

And its great to be posting here.
    It sure is...

    I use:

    #showtooltip Thunderstorm
    /cast [mod] Elemental Mastery
    /stopcasting
    /cast [mod] Thunderstorm
    /castsequence [nomod] reset=45 Thunderstorm,,,

    #showtooltip Thunderstorm
    /cast [mod] Elemental Mastery
    /stopcasting
    /cast [mod] Thunderstorm
    /castsequence [nomod] reset=45 ,Thunderstorm,,

    #showtooltip Thunderstorm
    /cast [mod] Elemental Mastery
    /stopcasting
    /cast [mod] Thunderstorm
    /castsequence [nomod] reset=45 ,,Thunderstorm,

    #showtooltip Thunderstorm
    /cast [mod] Elemental Mastery
    /stopcasting
    /cast [mod] Thunderstorm
    /castsequence [nomod] reset=45 ,,,Thunderstorm

I have my Thunderstorm on the same keybind for each shaman.
If I press the key once, it does a single Thunderstorm.
A second press is a second Thunderstorm, etc up to the 4th press being the 4th Thunderstorm.
If the key is pressed while any mod key is also held (Alt, Ctrl, Shift), everyone attempts to Thunderstorm.
As in, anyone with it not on cooldown casts; Elemental Mastery is also cast with a Mod Key if its available.

I have the same set up for Fire Nova, which with talent points spent Stuns anyone who is damaged.
Essentially for a rogue or other melee in your group, this gives you staggerable Stuns via Fire Nova.
You also have staggered knockbacks via Thunderstorm.
You have the ability to drop all Fire Nova's and/or hit them with all your Thunderstorms at once.

A few other totems are staggered like this.
I have Tremor staggered, although I'm not sure if they pulse at different times anymore or all at once.
They don't seem as reliable as they used to be, but still a Tremor totem will pulse every 2-3 seconds even if they don't stack.
    Tremor breaks fear.

Of course also have Fire Elementals staggered like this too. So I can control how many are dropped at once, or drop them all if need be.

I also have Earthbind totems on round robin. The first few seconds of Earthbind now root the target and thereafter slow it as normal.
Therefore Earthbind is an AoE root, which is very nice.

My shaman's have the ability to drop all Magma Totems, all Grounding Totems, and Searing Totems.
I have 1x Mana Spring and 3x Healing Stream on a keybind. Also have 1x Mana Spring, 1x Healing Stream and 2x Cleansing Totem on another keybind.

If you're running Paladin + 4x Shaman's, a Hammer of Justice on any rogue and they're basically dead to anything.
A rogue's defense is entirely based off of active dodge or click abilities.
While stunned everything lands and they die faster then any other class in the game.

    *Edit*
Totem of Wrath no longer stacks.
You'll almost always want one of your shammies to include this totem as their Fire Contribution, as it adds to all casters by a large degree.
Strongly consider the Totem of Wrath glyph, with every shammy dropping this totem for the massive spell power boost.

I'd consider these major glyph's, and personally rank them in this order:
Lava - Lava Burst gains an additional 10% of your spell power.
Flame Shock - Lava Burst does not consume Flame Shock.
Totem of Wrath - Gain an additional 30% of this totems spell power for 5 minutes. (+84 Spell Power).
Elemental Mastery - Reduces the cooldown from 3 mins to 2 mins and 30 seconds.
Flame Tongue Weapon - Increases crit by 2% when Flametongue Weapon is active.
Lighting Bolt - Increases Lightning Bolt damage by 4%.
Fire Elemental Totem - Reduces the cooldown from 20 mins to 10 mins (still not usable in Arena).
Lightning Shield - Increases damage from Lightning Shield by 20% (some limited AoE protection).
