Default Agh! Bloodlust battlegroup......I have a few questions

So I've played on Tichondrius Horde for a long time now through many single and multi-box teams and one thing has always stood out to me. The Horde side on Bloodlust battlegroup is HORRIBLE! I would guess they win any BG about 20% of the time. My Shamen team can normally turn the tides fairly well as they are decently equiped, but my paladins just aren't there yet and I'm getting extremely frustrated in losing almost every BG after waiting in 20 minute queues. I even thought it could just be me causing the loses with a weak team in there so I brought my 1 equipped paladin in for about 5 random BGs yet we were crushed every time. I have 2 questions one for alliance in the Bloodlust Battlegroup and one for everyone else.

    1) Alliance on Bloodlust: What are you queue times like and do you notice the huge favor towards you guys winning? Especially in AV which is my favorite? It is possible I just play at the times when half our team is a bot or played by a 3 fingered elf slapping a DDR dance pad as a keyboard but I doubt it.

    2) Other BG players, what are your average queue times and what kind of win/loss rates do you see? does 1 BG get dominated by Horde and one by Alliance?

    Thanks,
    Jon

From my experiences on Bloodlust, the ten's bracket is pretty evenly matched. I've seen a few WSG perfections from Alli, but then we'll slog it out for a 30 minute 1 flag Horde win.

At the 70's bracket, Alliance sucks. We get steam-rolled in AV nearly every time.

    I haven't done an 80's bracket in a while.

Yeah sorry I forgot to mention this is strictly at the 80s bracket. The 70s was pretty bad, but as soon as I hit 80 it was a whole different level of stupidity that happens in there.

Frostmourne Horde here, and I have not noticed this Horde losing situation you speak of.

What times are you playing? Most of my matches are pretty even, with either side having good streaks and then bad.

you know, I play some odd times during the week like 4pm mountain and then super late, but on the weekends I play very much in the middle of the day. Do you still get 20 min queues Hivetyrant?

Yeah fraid so, while I have been lucky with some good matches, some days the queue times can be brutal.

AV often takes 50mins, though the random bg feature has made some of them slightly better.

it's very odd, as Bloodlust has always been one of the more hardcore battlegrounds

It is a funny battle group.. I have horde and ally toons and both take 5 to 6 games at least to win.. so strange.. I run at 1600 to 1800 on mains so i'm not the one holding them back i don't think haha.. maybe its all the pre mades running these days so both sides see the worst of it?

I rarely see 20 minute queues and I'm in bloodlust BG horde side. Typically 6-12 minutes. I haven't kept track of my win/loss ratio lately, but all three of my teams seem to finish the daily BG quest on either the 1st or 2nd random battleground queue of the day. I haven't been doing BGs hardcore lately though (maybe 10-15 games/week total), so maybe it's just luck.
