Try this, I noticed you have no space between /cast[target=...
Try making it /cast [target=...
If not that, then yes make sure your keys are not on the DNP list... and that focus is for SURE assigned.

1. make sure you have a focus.Originally Posted by 'ihavetroubleMB',index.php?page=Thread&postID=2089 89#post208989
2. mages dont have shadow bolts.
3. does it at least show tooltip?
4. make sure, if this is for the slave, that this is on the slave's actionbar, and not the main's (the focus') action bar.
I'd look at the keybinding. Especially if you're using a bar mod (my experience is with Macaroon but it's probably generally applicable), make sure that key is explicitly unbound before binding it. I mean, don't just re-bind it, but go to the standard WoW keybinding interface and un-bind it by clicking on an empty space, binding it to your key, then click it again and hit the Unbind button. Now it's definitely un-bound and you can re-bind it, whether through WoW or your bar mod. I don't follow this for every keybinding I make, but it often fixes problems after I detect them.
