Armory is faster than Cathedral even, run to end of instance and then pull everything back to entrance and kill it. You can pull Herod too if you like (but it's not really worth it xp-wise).

If you don't run Armory you'll spend 30+ minutes waiting on max # of instance reached timer. Both Cathedral and Armory only take around 4-5 mins each.
