Transfer of license after upgrades not working

Howdy all,

I'm having a keyclone issue where after installing a new motherboard and cpu, I don't seem to be able to get my copy of keyclone to transfer my license, I go through the steps up to the sending of the email but don't actually recieve the email.

Keyclone can you please help?

check your spam folder, sometimes the email get caught in there.
