Can I gift levels at 60, or must it be done at 59?

And I just bought 4 new accounts to RAF up a bunch of characters - Now a question - I seem to remember reading that the option to 'gift' levels go away as a character dings 60 - That is, I must do my gifting at 59 - Is this true?

No, that was just misinformation posted by someone who didn't really know how it works. Bliz gm I think? I've seen it myself on the wow website.

You can gift your grantable levels FROM any level but only to a level 59 or lower. They do not go away until your raf time runs out.
