I'm guessing you're wanting our actual keybindings (and not "how do I set a keybinding?) Personally, I run a DK and 4 shaman. My basic "kill something" setup is this.

` = tank cast sequence, just spam it with my pinky.
1 = Chain Lightning (all 4 shaman)
2 = Lightning Bolt (all 4 shaman)
3 = Lava Burst (all 4)
4 = Berserking on shaman. Don't know why, I never use 4 for some reason and it's been that way since level 1.
5 = 4 different fire totems. ToW, the frost resistance one, and 2 searing totems. It replaces the totems after I've done an AoE which leads to
Shift Y = Magma Totems (all 4)
6 = Follow
7
8
9 = Flier
- = all 4 shaman drink

I = ground mount

Q = all 4 shaman purge
E = DK buffs bone shield, shaman put flametongue on
T = Grounding Totem, all 4
F = Tremor Totem, all 4
Shift G = Flame Shock
G = Frost Shock
Ctrl G (or my back mouse button on my Logitech MX 5 1 8 = Earth Shock on shammies, Chains of Ice on my DK (all at the same time)
Z = Earth Elementals, staggered (each shaman puts one out each hit of the button)
Shift Z = Fire Elementals, all 4

I have a Logitech G11 (18 side buttons) which have all my totems on certain cast sequences, 2 buttons are for water/lightning shield (depending on situation)
3 buttons are for 3 different shaman to hex my DK's target (rarely ever use that except to mess with lowbies, frog 'em and leave 'em be!)

My mouse has 8 buttons, so the front one is Death Grip, Middle (scroll wheel) is thunderstorm on a staggered rotation, shift middle button is Bloodlust on a staggered rotation, death and decay is middle back button, and back is death coil

Side front on mouse = Elemental mastery, trinkets, and Lavaburst
Side back mouse = my "silence" macro, earth shock and chains of ice

Not sure if that's what you wanted, but it did waste 10 minutes here at work
