How about (adjust toon's position in party accordingly):

/castsequence [target=party1] Blessing of Wisdom,,,,
/castsequence [target=party2] ,Blessing of Wisdom,,,
/castsequence [target=party3] ,,Blessing of Wisdom,,
/castsequence [target=party4] ,,,Blessing of Wisdom,
/castsequence [target=player] ,,,,Blessing of Wisdom

Pally power. Assign each pally a buff to give to the pally class (diff one for each one, ie pally A is responsible for buffing kings, pally B is responsible for buffing wisdom, etc).

Pally power will buff anything under 50% duration when you press comma. So add the comma to your whitelist or whatnot in your keyboard multiplex software and whenever your buffs get low just mash comma til all your buffs are refreshed.

Pretty much the same thing SmartBuff does (which is what I'm using). Set one up for each blessing, and one each for different default auras and just add the "/click SmartBuff_Button" or whatever it's called to any standard macro, like your accept all macro or your Set Focus/leader macro.

I might try that. Its not super important for me right now but would be nice.
