Default Two accounts, Two Monitors, ONE PC.

I want to run 2 accounts on a single PC but one account each on each 22" LCD's at 1650x1050. Ideally I'd like to have max settings (shadows atleast mediumish) on both accounts, but at the minimum I'd like to max atleast one account.

Does anyone with experience with these know if the above is doable?
Since I don't play any other games other than WoW at the moment, I would like to min/max the build to reduce extra heat, power usage, and go for quietest as possible as well.

    I have:
E5200 OC'd using stock fans to 3.1 GHZ
MSI P6 NGM (a budget board already with 4GB ram limit - Ill need to switch a new bobo, to get 8GB as WoW just devours ram, and even for crossfire.)
Radeon 4850 <-- Would crossfiring another one be better, or else which higher end card would you recommend?
430W HEC power supply - quiet and holding up good, if crossfiring to what wattage should I upgrade?

    So, what should I upgrade?
Ideally Id like to spend as little as possible, keep the heat, power, and sound as low as I can.

And finally thanks for all the info.

For only two accounts i'd think it should work ok with those specs. Assuming you already have one account, it's really easy to try just opening the second client using a trial account to check your performance first hand. As they say "One test is worth a thousand expert opinions."

thanks for the advice. I wish there was a way to see if bottleneck areas like Dalaran would run reasonably well though. Right now, I'm pondering if I should upgrade to a quadcore or stick with my e5200.

I agree you should be fine for two WOWs. I run a similiar machine, quad and more RAM but not as good video card. I run 2,3, or 5 on 2 monitors. Ram is the biggest problem in Dalaran I think as even people with i7 system will lag there. 4 gigs should be fine for 2 toons.

I run on a similar system with the same amount of ram and the same video card. You won't have any problems even in Dalaran. The fps might go down some but you won't lose follow or anything.

My computer itself doesn't even let of close to as much heat as my screens do so I don't think you can do much about the heat other than smaller screens.
