Sigh. Signed up, but "must be a resident of the US" to login to the site.

When will Blizz realize that people outside the US play the game on US servers too? Hello? There's a country right north of you...
Isn't it your own countries laws that prohibit them from including you?
Nope, just an arbitrary rule by Mountain Dew/Blizz that you must reside in the US of A to participate. Kinda like how when blizzard authenticators first came out they were only available in the USA. Not only available to US accounts, but only available to residents of the USA. Eventually they realized they have neighbouring countries that play on the US servers too :P
Then I'm gonna go with what I saw on the WoW forums: The gamer fuel drink isn't available in Canada so why would the promotion be? Again, a lot of what I've read said it's Canadian laws that are preventing this. Maybe it has to do with Mt. Dew not doing the promotion up there. And don't take someone joking around too personal.

How do you get around logging in with an email address? I have the same email address for all accounts, I went to merge them but saw I had to login with my email and I balked. any ideas for this?
Everything I've found, you HAVE to login using an email address. I believe you can change this when you create the battle.net account. Because out of the 7 accounts i had, there were 4 email address associated with them. Now after the merge, it's just 1.
