Look into the new command "interact with target". Open up your keybindings, it's in there).Originally Posted by 'AlienChild',index.php?page=Thread&postID=207295#p ost207295
It's not something you can macro, but here's how I'm using it:
I have a 3 member leveling team: 80 lock, 70 Pally, 70 Priest. Lock is leader.
The lock picks a target, starts attack. I have "interact with target" set to "`", so I can hit "1", then "`", and the pally runs to the target and starts beating on it, her main attack macro is on 1 along with everyone else. Priest stays in the rear with the gear with the lock, and they blast away.
Switch target? hit "`" again, she runs to the next target.
It's AWESOME.
I've mis-pulled a few times since using this, and it's a huge difference, I survive now, because I put as much plate on the pally as I could afford, and all I have to do is have her flash some light and all aggro is on her, leaving time for the lock and priest to get out of the way.
It's not complete control, but it's enough to make a huge, huge difference. If you set up your targeting right (I'm working on that now), you can hit one key and send your characters off to battle.
Just be careful not to hit the key too many times, my pally gets confused when I do that, and she bolts over the horizon.
Seriously, with some creativity and the right keybinds and macros, you should be able to handle multiple mobs of all types with this new ability.
