Default Catching up another Alt to your group...best method

I messed up and need to start a level 1 shaman over and get him to the same level as my team now...they are level 27. I would like to do this as quickly and painless as possible since I already had to do it before.

I guess I could just quest and solo him up but would it be faster to get him to 10 and then run instances with him and the other team? Just wondering what people think would be quickest. Any other suggestions ( I have no 70 on this server...)
4 x Shaman Army plus Death Knight: Allokra (39), Bllokra (35), Dllokra (35), Ellokra (34), and Fllokra (60) (Frostmourne US Horde)
    1 x Mage (51), 2 x Shadowpriests (50 and 45), and 2 x Death Knight (58) (Boulderfist US Alliance)
    4 x Death Knight (60, 60, 58, 58) and 1 x Druid (64)
    1 x Rogue (62), 1 x Warrior (63), 2 x Druid (64, 67), 1 x Deathknight (60) (Boulderfist US Alliance)
    1 x Hunter (70), 1 x Rogue (70), 2 x Druid (64, 67), 1 x Warlock (70) (Boulderfist US Alliance).

Solo Quest, run those instances. All you can really do to get him back at 27.

You can do this in about a full day. Maybe less

    OR

If you've got a 70 warrior / 70 mage, just mass pull instance grind. This will be EXTREMELY BORING after about the 3rd run. You'll want to tear your eyes out. It works well, but its eye-bleeding wrist slashing drano-drinking boring.

    Your choice.
How much drano are we talking about? 1/2 a Cup? A Cup? Hmm...well...maybe I'll do the questing. It just drives me nuts because I had to do the same thing before as I added a 5th shaman.

This time I screwed myself because I decided to spread out some of my alliance characters on the accounts I am already using and to 5 box them in Outlands. I have 4 of them that are 63-64 and a 50 priest. But as I started to 5 box my shaman team I used a friends old account for one of my shaman and now I cant transfer any characters to that account because I am not the original subscriber...I could have avoided that by just getting a dumb account in the first place and it would have cost me $5 more...doh...I dont want to pay for a 6th account now lol...I guess when I started I wasnt sure how the whole multiboxing would work out and wasnt all aware of the trial account options etc. Anyway..I guess I'll make Fllokra...I think I know what the F stands for...
