How to make a movie?
As I approach 70 I kind of want to make some movies, mostly to show my friends what I'm doing, but as I get better to show off to others. But I have no idea how to do it. I searched the forum, but I may have missed a guide.
So for those of you that have experience with it, what programs do you use to capture and edit the videos?
Fraps is the most popular gaming vid cap software (not free). GameCam (free) is another name I've heard, but I've never used it, honestly.
Get fraps. Use windows movie maker to edit. Simple as that.
Fraps is not free but you can always get it free :wink:

I use GameCam on my machines. It is sooooooooo much more CPU friendly than Fraps was. Plus you can encode to DivX or other formats on-the-fly.
