Hey Blastr, thanks for the warm welcome you gave me when I started up my latest (and last RAF) on Mag.
I can empathize with your situation. I've done two prior RAF's and played far too much that I had to quit twice (from burnout) wasting both RAF periods but this last time I'm doing it much better and am keeping it balanced.
I do hope you return.
I love the smell of electrocution in the morning!
Hah, I have quit for a while too. I hope I dont come back.... currently I am wasting time by learning Spanish and messing around on Photoshop.
That's not a bad idea. Going cold-turkey can backfire. Playing a single character lets you get your WoW fix, but if you're not multiboxing you may find it boring enough that you play a lot less.Originally Posted by 'Zaelar',index.php?page=Thread&postID=204982#post2 04982
I stopped playing for a while, then activated one account and leveled my shaman from 77 to 80 via normal questing, then stopped logging in. Not because I was trying to avoid playing, but after getting a single character to 80 I didn't feel like bothering with the quest-for-gold and daily-til-you-puke grind. I activated my mage's account and have started questing with her as well, and I find that I can only do so for an hour or so at a time and I don't feel driven to play anymore. So I may try to keep it this way, but if I happened to accidentally activate a few more accounts then, well...
