[Windows 7] keep the taskbar ontop of other windows does it exist?

I just installed window's 7 but now I have the taskbar showing up when im playing. When I was on vista I could just uncheck keep the taskbar on top. However, either I'm blind and cant find it or it just doesnt exist in window's 7. Anyone figured out how to do this yet?

Yep it's been removed - a real pain. I find that it goes away after awhile anyway. Also try pip swapping as that seems to do it sometimes.
