Sorry Lax, not catching you in irc, it seems the old timezone difference isn't so good...

Playing around with this I have notcied that clicking my mouse in the active wow field results in it disappearing when held, then popping up in a position closer to the upper left corner. This happens consistently all over the screen, with the endpoint being the upper left corner. So I was thinking, perhaps IS thinks my screen is a certain pixel size, whilst in fact, it appears to me to be bigger.

I am sure there is a more technical way to explain this, but bear with my layman's understanding.

Anyway, I went into window layout to check the size of each region. Lo and behold my region setup uses an area from 0,0 to 1707,1065. This is using the predefined computer option on the drop down menu. I changed to current computer and there was no change in the total size of area covered by all regions, despite having a 2560X1600 monitor.

I had not previously setup my computer as I box on the one machine, but I decided to do so in order to specify my screen size. I changed the properties in //display so that screen boundaries and screen maximum area both showed 0,0 2560,1600. Unfortunately when I initiated my character set now, my windows were all oversized and did not fit on the screen.

I'm not sure if I have managed to bugger something up in the initial config, but I think this discrepancy is what is stuffing around with the mouse function. Any ideas on how to sort this Lax?

Cheers
What build of IS are you running? I had this problem a long time ago but as Lax mentioned, it's been fixed for a while... is it possible you haven't restarted IS in 3 months?
