Did you change anything in Inner Space itself? If you went and found the "Force Windowed" setting for example, that might cause strange behavior in various games (hence the "not recommended" note). Honestly since I fixed mouse positioning issues a few months ago I haven't heard of anyone having such an issue, and therefore I'm not sure how you managed to do it Do you have hardware cursor off in WoW perhaps? That might break things.
