My hunter was my first 60, cant really remember but since it was my first it wasnt that easy/fast. For all my other chars, my warlock was most fun to lvl to 60 and by that fastest for me.

Fastest I'd Say Paladin, they're also the least stressful because you rarely die (Mail/Plate Armor, Bubble/heal).
But for fun IMO i'd go for a Mage because you get too demolish things completely![]()
I'm the only one who voted priest so far lol.
My shadow priest solo leveled to 66 and was just tearing things up. Very high survivability, fast kill speed, no downtime from mana regen. Hunter was my fastest to 80, but the shadow priest from 1-66 went by blazingly fast.
I voted for paladin for the easiest/fun factors. I found that there was little a prot paladin couldn't do by him/herself up to 60, including some instances. Even back in vanilla WOW (before BC was released), my guild used to make a huge deal out of any time a paladin died to PVE ("paladins don't die, noob"). Was a lot of fun to grind xps outdoors by pulling 5-7 equal level mobs on you all at once and just AoE them down (shield spike, consecration, retribution aura). At times, it was faster than questing because you didn't have to spend most of your time just riding around, but you need to find good concentrations of mobs.
Hunter was a ton of fun too, but it just took a lot more work if you took on a lot at once. I didn't like having to waste so much bag space on ammo, but they've made that issue pretty much non-existent now (bigger stacks, no need for specialized ammo bags). I'd have to rank them somewhere a little under paladins, just because they are not quite as robust in tough situations. Warlocks are pretty much on the same level as hunters for me.
Enhancement shaman was fun as hell after 40 (mail + windfury, ftw), but only so-so before 40.

Okay, you are asking 3 separate questions in your poll:
Q: What is the best class to get to level 60?
A: This is a difficult, subjective, question. What are you going to do at level 60? Are you just going to stop at 60 and play the old world content? Might reconsider this as you will be hard pressed to find much to do solo. If it's 'level to 80' then whichever class you want to play at 80. If you're rerolling DK then stop at 55. If you're PVPing then stop at 59.
Q: What is the easiest class to get to level 60?
Solo questing, Hunter or Warlock are probably tops.
Q: What is the 'funnest' class to get to level 60?
A: Whichever you enjoy playing most!![]()
When I levelled my hunters, I was killing mobs 10 levels above me fairly easily - hunters don't have to worry about glancing blows...try doing it with casters and you'll get a lot of resists.
So yeah, I vote hunters.

S.

Fact of Life: After Monday and Tuesday even the calendar says W T F.
going off personal /played and that would have to be my paladin went 1-70 in 14 days played not too bad since i don't really get to sit and play till about 9pm when my kids finally go to sleep. my mage would have to right after that due to the fact that you make food/water and given the right spec/play style you can go on for awhile without down time.
80 (Arcane) Mage

warlocks can smoke most pre-bc dungeons, they won't be quite as awsome after level 60 but they are still awsome.
Hunters are just fun but you might want a healer on the team.
pally's are awsome at least thru level 70 ( there is no dungeon they can't do ) with ony a few dungeons giving them any trouble in WoLK ( I had trouble with UK last boss, Azjol-Nerub 2nd&3rd bosses , HoL 3rd boss is giving me hell )
