[EQ2] RAF XP Bonus Duration?

I searched on SOE's Everquest 2 website and a general Google search and couldn't find the answer.

How long does the 200% RAF Adventure XP Bonus last for? The official web site makes it sound indefinite, but I heard Khatovar saying her RAF ran out...

"As long as Recruiter is grouped with a Prospect he or she will receive a 3x XP boost
This lasts for 90 days after Prospect becomes a Subscriber"
