Default Dual Boxing RAF with questing

Okay, so I'm new to dual boxing, I started when I decided to use the RAF program to quickly level a pair of toons together to 60. However, I'm having some problems with my setup. I'm using keyclone, and i've had to totally revamp my UI, I had to move every attack on my mule onto the side action bars and I gave them unusual keybindings, such as F1, F2 etc., so that when my main is holding aggro and dpsing the mob, the mule can use these attacks without triggering anything on the main. I also had to change the movement keys on the mule, so that when I used the WSAD keys on the main, it wouldn't trigger the mule to move and stop following

Now some concerns that i have (I'm using a druid-hunter combo)

So far i've been having the hunter be the main, with the druid just kind of sitting there getting in the way, and usually drawing aggro and nearly dying when multiple mobs are aggro'd. I tried to unsuccessfully create a macro that would sequence attacks such as moonfire, wrath, etc. so the druid could dps while the hunter uses his attacks. I have a working heal macro so that's all set, but other than that the druid just gets in the way. Should I switch the druid to the main and hunter to the mule so he can just auto attack?

Am I doing something wrong? Help would be greatly appreciated

Depends if you want the druid to tank. If you want to let the hunter's pet tank, make sure you're allowing the pet to establish a little agro first. You can also have your druid root to keep the mob away.

If you don't mind going feral, switch the druid to main and have it tank.

I would look in to getting Jamba... great program. Granted i am still fairly new to 5 boxing (just about to ding 80) but the way i have mine set up is: Set keyclone to do not pass the Q, W, E, A, S, D, buttons so you do not lose follow. You prolly want both toons to DPS not just one, other wise, you have one leaching his was up and making the leveling twice as hard. I use focus to to follow and target, meaning: my toons are always following the focus, and targeting the focus target. So i can play on either toon and all the buttons are the same. I agrea... let the pet tank and use the hunter and the druid as range DPS.
