This is my skinning/follow macro:
[code:1]/target [target=focus,help,nodead]; [target=party1,help,nodead]; [target=party2,help,nodead]; [target=party3,help,nodead];

/stopmacro [combat]
/petpassive
/cast [target=party1target,dead] Skinning; [nomounted] Totemic Call[/code:1]


And party1 would be the first person under your portrait (i.e. the party leader). Party2, 3, 4 are the subsequent party members under your portrait.

So, what I do, after I kill something skinnable:
1) loot it
2) click "follow" button (this macro)
3) ???
4) Profit!
