Well at your age the jobs available to you are probably not gonna be able to pay for it. First you need a decent computer, big processor with about 8 gigs of ram, big power supply for it, this will run you about 1000 for a decent one.

You might want to post your current PC specs, and we can give you a better idea of what you can/can't do with it.
single/dual/quad core? How much RAM installed? Video card?

I was able to run 3 sessions of WoW on a Dual core laptop with a crappy video card and 2 gigs of RAM, for example.
