Confused with Rune of Magic

Hi all,

first iam new to all this and was happy to find this forum.

Since Rune of Magic is free, there is no problem to have multi accounts and I did read some threads already about the basics but cant even get this to work.

I have already problems that my 2nd character in group assists my main with attacks, following the main character is not the problem so far.
Here is one thread i found with script/macro commands i did use.

Unfortunately the assist script doesnt work like it should, all i see is that the 2nd character gets into attack position (shows his knife) but he doesnt attack anything.

I got keyclone already for longer but had to wait to upgrade my machine to run multiple games, well i still have the beginner problems i.e. setting up keys for skills and stuff, but will read about that more. So far at least both characters jump and i move them with the mouse and click, but nothing more works for me.

edit: iam using two different classes and thats probably more difficult for a beginner...any hints here how to setup keys to use skills for each class ?
edit: I have normal attack (with melee weapon) for both skills on 1 but my 2nd char doesnt attack at all even i press the assist macro before...well pff

edit: i did check this thread aswell Hello everyone I have some questions on keyclone.
but i cant find a way that the assist/target macro works. I think this is my basic problem where i need help.

Alright i could get it to work 2-3 x that suddenly both characters did attack the same target, but i cant reproduce it. Iam not sure what iam doing wrong. So far i noticed that when i target my main character first and press the assist macro sometimes my alt attacks too, but that happens not always. Hope some are around who did play ROM and can help me out here, will test more.

edit: something strange happens sometimes: i do the same like described above, but my alt targets and attacks a different mob opposite to me even i did only target the one i attack.

lol thats best i could do with it rom hates my system can run 5 wows but only 3 rom no ideal y

Well, at least you could get it working more than just one time. My PC is strong enough to handle 5 accounts but my characters dont attack like they should.

When i press tab and press the macro some walk the different direction and attack a different target and after attacking they dont follow me again.

I got the basic setup working on my computer with 5 clients. I Have a follow macro a target macro and healing macros setup. My quad core crashed a month or so back. I plan on fixing it soon and will be able to post my macros.
