Default Looking for the Right Moniter!!!

Im looking for a moniter that I can have the wide screen set up like you see in elios pic and set up the moniter in portrait mode where can I find this moniter to change the thing to Portrait? Looking for about a 19-20 inch or so.

If you have a brand and model or just a brand and a website that would help thanks

As far as I know *any* monitor is capable of portrait mode so long as your video card supports it. And from what I've seen...Intel onboard video chipsets support it.

So that would lead me to believe that it is quite possible that the computer you're using right now is capable of portrait mode [so long as you slap the monitor on it's side].

Check all your video settings and get back to us.

Well you see I have a nice Moniter that can do the portrait mode but the issue that im runing into is that the stand that I am using at the moment will not allow me to flip it to the side and put it into portrait mode. Are there custom stands that you can buy to get the setup I want for it ?

Right now I have a Dell 19inch moniter that I want to use to go into the portrait position but I dont know exactly what I need to get to make it do that for me additional feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks Vethera

Take the monitor off the stand and mount it to a VESA standard Monitor mount. These mounts come in many flavors and most can support both Portrait and Landscape orientations.

There are many of these. I have my monitors mounted in Portrait mode and mounted directly to my Desk Hutch. Comfy place to play on a rainy day <team 2 at 68> This was done with a very simple mount --> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16882021074

    Good luck.
