it's not about charging money. it's about the person behind it, his history with d-b, and his attempted attacks to own the community himself. (yes, he declared as much to a few people)

we offered for him to join us, he decided attacking/threatening was better. so be it.

this topic has been beaten into the ground numerous times. understand that people like tim have a motivation to steal communities and sell them off (wowhead/thotbot being an example). he sees the multi-boxing community as something he can sell, so he wants to own it, slap a number of ads on it.. then sell it off. this has been explained numerous time and further discussion only helps bring attention to him... and any attention is better then none. (personally... i'm for none)

I am using this software and I like it. I have leveled 41 levels in a few days with my quad shammy's on a shitty system that before could not handle 2.

It let me select main wow on 1 cpu and all others on the other cpu. Therefor I can quad box with no problems.

Keyclone and Hotkeynet can do this as well including even more for a one time fee or for free. pwnboxer easy to setup? Well Keyclone is as well for a one time fee. Or you get the same/more functionality for free if you care to learn the scripting of HKN.

Well I don`t know all the history DB.com has with this guy. Learning about it by this post but I cannot just tag along with everybody else saying he`s a bad guy since I wasn`t there.

Made the mistake of flaming about it once. Not going over it again, I rather stay neutral. Tho I will never use this piece of software. Since HKN (or keyclone for that mather) support all my needs.

This thread makes my heart sad.

Ellay and the admins here have done a great job of fostering the community. I know that it takes a meaningful amount of hard work, dedicatoin, passion, and money to act as stewards of this community and to give us all a place to share our ideas, I think we owe it to them to respect their rules in order to remain a member of the community.

If a piece of software makes false claims about how it works in a way that could cause a user of that software to get get his account suspended... well, I agree with the mods of this community in begrudging that author, and that software.

So technically speaking, Neg. needs to either remove the advertisements from his signature, or leave the community? Correct?

at first i was like, 'what are you talking about?' .. then i checked the links in his sig and it seems to demonstrate just one product, not all of them, as he indicated earlier.

watching the video, it's funny how tim's just ripping off keyclone concepts (poorly). lame

it's also obvious that Neg is being paid to advertise... is that what's next? tim/evilseed/m**secloner/pwnb*xer has to pay people to promote his software? brilliant (maybe i should do that.. would anyone want that?)

I'm not the forum police, but if I do come across something I'll edit it. I'm also trying to be laid back, I don't mind people showing off their blog, but pushing it so hard in your sig, is a bit much.
