Copying Addon data from one account to another

Ok so not sure if there is another post about this somewhere i tried searching this forum and others for info

What i want to do is copy the setup from pitbull which i spent alot of time working on, from my main account and have it on all the drones.

What i did find in the WTF folder under my main account there is a folder called saved variables i went into this then down to pitbull copyed that file into the same place on the drones accounts with no luck..

Does the "profile" option help in Pitbull? More precisely the "copy from" option?

That only allows me to copy from profiles that are on that account

the profile i want is on account A

i cant copy a profile while im on account B from account A

unless i cant figure it out please let me know... because there are other addons i would like to copy settings from just so i have all my drones set the same as the main

I usually have to copy the pitbull.lua from savedvariables from one account to the others. Then in the other accounts open up pitbull and load the profile for the class that my main is, IE pally or DK, and that gets me the same layout.

I've not had to edit my pitbull.lua file, just copy it from account1\savedvariables\ to \account2\savedvariables\. Probably because I edited the default layout. :P
