Only thing I would consider adding to that plan is drones - 5 mining drones will increase your mining amount and a hulk can carry 5 light drones as well so you can swap around when rats turn up. Ifyour hauler can fit a salvager as well then you can grab the salvage while you're hauling.

IIRC (don't have EVEMon handy) you need Drones V, Mining Drone Operation I, and Scout Drone Operation I.
