RAF boosting in SM - no RAF xp

I probably shouldn't have put SM in the title. Actually when I use my lvl 80 main with the team they do not get RAF xp. Just normal XP.

And yes, the toons are within one level.

I'm following this with interest, since when my pally reaches 80 (probably bout a month or a bit more, I don't play much) I'll be wanting to instance-boost two pairs of toons with RAF.

My guys is working fine, they group with a level 57 Pal on unrelated account, they are level 60/56/56/56 and everyone cept the Pal is geting raf exp, and they are getting out of group healing big time. Im not doing instances though.

Can all 4 of yur lowbies summon one other?

You have read the combat logs and it says "rested exp" and not the raf bonus? Assuming they are rested.

If you did a star invite and the invter isnt in the group that could be a possible oversight.

if you run the group with b/c/d/e and unrelated they won't get raf, "A" has to be in the group.

I am boosting 4 sets and they are getting all the Raf xp. I do sfk at level 10 till 20 then 20 to 40 in Sm.
Useing a level 70 druid not linked to the accounts. Haven't had a problem.
At level 20 they do only get like 200+ xp per kill and it goes up as they level to what I think is a maxed at 384 per kill. Might be 484.

As of about 10 hours ago I'm not having any problems, but I wasn't level 20. Can anyone confirm that it isn't a change if the mobs are skull/too high of a level compared to the levelers?

Don't forget that they should all be the same level to get the most out of the RAF bonus.
If one character is a level higher than one it is linked with, they will not get the RAF bonus.
(unless they changed it to be 4 levels, but I don't think so)

I'm not sure how far apart your level can be but you definitely don't need to be the same level.

Also I can answer my own question, skull level mobs are still giving me raf exp. Whether there is a limit even further than that(possible but unlikely) remains to be seen, but the longer this thread gets the more it seems like it's either an error or an oversight on blast3r's end.

I have tested this out level by level.

If the linked characters are 3 levels or less difference from each other they will both get RAF bonus as long as the kill isn't gray to either.
If they are more than 3 levels apart the LOWER level character only will get RAF bonus as long as the kill isn't gray to the higher level character.
This also applies to quest RAF xp bonus. As long as the quest isn't gray to the higher level character the lower level will get the bonus regardless of the level difference.

An example of a test I personally did was take an 80 unlinked with a lvl 20 linked with a lvl 40 to SM. The lvl 20 received 3x XP with RAF and the lvl 45 received 2x XP with rest until it ran out then it was 1x XP.
