My buddy recently started RAF instance boosting after I talked about doing it when my prot pally/holy priest duo hits 80 (since I want a prot pally to boost with).

He already has an epicced L80 prot pally so just RAFed in the two accounts (A->B->C) and hit the dirt running.

Some lessons learned that many may know but others may not:
    * Trying to pure grind 1-8 with the two toons that you're going to boost is painful and slow. Sure the first few levels go fast but after a bit you're killing slowly and the XP takes forever to come in. So when I do my first pair, I'm going to setup only one thing: interact with target and assist macro on the slave. Then I will do quests, probably just doing the 1-6 noob zone quests at triple XP will get me to L8

    * RFC: You just can't pull the whole instance at once. There's orcs at the end that, when you have enough of them on you, will chain-shieldbash you into the ground. It doesn't do much damage but it prevents you from doing *anything*. It was a long, slow, agonizing to watch death for his 25k hp prot pally but he couldn't do anything to stop it, he never had even a half-second where he could cast or do anything.

    * SFK: Be careful not to get your slaves stuck. There's lots of corners and tight spaces they can get stuck in when you're trying to follow-drag them to the next spot where they'll wait. If you don't notice a stuck one (he didn't have jamba to warn him of follow broken), then they fall behind on xp

    * SM Lib: Dunno why but he had a real hard time with it with his alts getting aggroed. I told him to leave them at the entrance and pull back to them, casters will follow you when you break LOS. He had to run it to get the key.

Then, something that happens often on my realm happened just as he was about to do armory:

Transfer aborted. Unable to launch additional instances
That happened to me when I was trying to 'dry run' some of the higher instances with my 80 hunter to see how viable she'd be as an RAF booster. (realized it just won't work, UD Strat took me 38 minutes from zone-in to zone-out, ready to reset, and actually came close to dying a couple times when I did big a$$ pulls of stuff like the abominations outside baron's house) Thank gawd for a crab pet, who although he's not great at holding aggro off my full-epic hunter, can stand up to one helluva punishment and from HIS talents gets better HOT healing from my mend pet than an epic druid can provide lol (1500/tick). And I'm not even BM spec...I'm SV main and MM offspec (used MM for testing, for uninterruptable volley).
    Shadowsong US:
Moosetracks (surv FORMER raiding main) armory L80
Mousetracks (assass/combat former raiding main) armory L80
Background (holy, to be new raiding main) armory L79

Team A (Level 75) (retired, priest extracted to above)
    Foreground (prot) armory
    Middleground(demo) armory
