On my laptop the change was instant however it was also associated with a small burst of lag on the cursor which makes it very clunky to mouse... this lag is most likely associated with the fact that the laptop can't run wow all that well (15fps). What pisses me off of course is that I can run ONE wow @ 15fps... or TWO wow's at 15FPS... how the hell can I run two copies and not take a performance hit unless the game just really isn't utilizing the machine well.

Yep. Dual core AMD Turion64, 2.5gb ram, Radeon Xpress 1270 (relatively shit video)... Vista...

But I've had similar performance issues with my desktop, I can run 1 or 2 with the same performance there as well, Id ont see a drop til I hit the 3rd and 4th copies and I'd wager those would be fine if I upgraded my ram on the desktop.

    Sorry for the derail .

I have the "Focus follows mouse" checked and it does work, however I still have to click on the screen before any commands are sent to that window. Is there any way around this?
