Keyclone is now keeping my settings but this didn't fix the issue I'm having with maximizer not working. It is still opening three small windows on top of each other on my main display and not where I have assigned them to open in maximizer. Any suggestions on how to get it to load where I have placed the warcraft windows in maximizer?
go to the command editor, keyclone/setup/command-editor, and check the region for each command. make sure they are different.
then go to the maximizer, keyclone/setup/maximizer, and left click each region... check it's name in the top left. make sure it's what you think it should be.
also, check the # of regions which is just below the reset button. is it what you think it should be? if not, consider resetting and re-doing your layout.
Its the same setup I had with the olderversion and it worked. Its reading 3 boxes in the reigons. Under command editor what I have is
command wow1
CPU 0 checked
program warcraft.exe file
reigon region1
Since I use a battle.net that links all of my accounts I do not have any user name or that box checked
maxfpsbk 15 and the the other is set to 45
The same thing is selected except for wow1 is changed to the next number up and region is changed to the next number up and diffrent cores are selected for each instance of the game being ran. I run my main window in full size mode on screen 1 and screen 2 should be half and half. I'm attaching a copy of the .max file I use.

your keyclone.ini file would be more useful in determining your problem. (do not post it here... send it to me via PM)
keep in mind, you could remove your keyclone.ini and start fresh, just make sure you have exited keyclone before erasing.

When you resinstalled Keyclone did you remember to label your regions and then on your command editor put in the region names for each command? The reason being was this same issue was happening to me after I reinstalled on my 2nd box and I was having the same issue. I knew it was something simple that I was completely overlooking and found the above to be the case.
Hope it is something as simple as that.

are you saying that on your other machine, when you installed the new version, the region names were messed up, where they were fine before?
No, I had to do a complete reinstall due to a reformat. I was simply forgetting to put the region names into the command area for each command to link to a certain region so it was just opening them up in windowed mode on top of each other; like I was opening new instances of IE that weren't maximized.

there was one thing i forgot to suggest to Lithium... please make sure keyclone/setup/maximizer/enable-maximizer is CHECKED
