Here you go... not the greatest setup I'm sure - but it works for me. I's a 1 pally + 4 x shaman setup.

Pause key toggles between 3 modes... chat mode (no repeating), repeater mode (mouse + keyboard repeated across all), and keymap mode (where only specific keys are mapped).
This has foreground windows set at 50 fps, background at 30 fps.
Some of the keymaps don't work like the ressurect, so ignore that one.

It'd be nice if more people shared their configs so we can all learn better ways to improve our setups.
