RAF XP

How do you know if ur getting the extra xp from RAF on ur lower toons? Im in RFC and it seems to be the same and yes they are linked to my main account. Any help would be appreciated ty

Look in the combat log, should say something like you gained xxx xp (xxx from raf, xxx from group bonus)

If they are all linked to the main (instead of chained to each other) and you are using a higher level on the main to boost you will not get RAF xp.

what the above poster said is correct... the characters must be within 4 levels of each other to receive the bonus

ok then maybe im do this wrong then.... im running 5 1 of which is my 80 in RFC and there not getting the xp or letting me grant lvl's. There all lkined to my account (main80) but i dont c why it aint working any ideas? maybe im setting up group wrong

because all of the RAF accounts are linked to your 80 account you will not get the 3x XP (as the mobs are grey to the 80)

there are numerous posts on how to setup raf and stratergies for boosting with lvl 80 characters.. I suggest you go and read up on the subject

ok...... i guess im just plain ol dumb as a box of rocks. x=80 (main) x= invited under RAF a-b-c are linked under RAF so how would i make this work since all thre are linked to main? Do i need another account with a 80 on it? I ve read the tutorial but still aint getting it to work i know im just not doing it right ?(

k if you got the following setup, x-a, x-b, x-c. then you have to run them all at the same level to get RAF to work and you can't boost with your 80 on account X. It's a costly mistake, and one I almost made myself. If you don't have a 5th account already theres' a few things you can do.

You can just gift up another toon on account X so you can 4 box comfortably, will take longer to run instances, but still very doable. You can get another account, account Y, without RAF links to anything and transfer your 80 over, then boost x, a, b &c at the same time.
